Our Women's Boutique was established in 2013 with the purpose of selling the latest in fashion to the residents of Sacramento .

Founded by Connie McBride, and inspired by a combination of high fashion and new street trends, Chic Boutique 22 also known as Classy Bag Lady’s Chic Boutique has a large selection of retail items at a fair price.

Customers come to us for our impressive selection of Unique styles, Quality Fabric, and more.

The Culture C.O.-O.P. promotes systemic change, inclusion, equity, cultural competency,  diversity, literacy, and quality education for all. Our services and products reach audiences locally, nationally, and internationally.
